How long does a project actually take?

A custom app or SaaS product is 3–5 months. We scope every project clearly before work starts — you get a written timeline with milestones, not a rough guess. We don't quote short to win a project and then extend it.

How is a project priced?

We price by scope, not by the hour. After the initial consultation we give you a fixed quote covering the full deliverable. We require a deposit to begin, with milestone payments for longer engagements. Everything is agreed in writing before any work starts. There are no surprise invoices — if the scope changes, we discuss it openly and agree on the adjustment before proceeding.

Who owns the code and deliverables after the project?

You do — fully. On final delivery, we hand over the complete codebase, all design files, documentation, and every access credential. We retain no claim on anything built for you. You can take the code anywhere, modify it, or have another developer work on it without restriction.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before any confidential project details are shared. You can send us your standard NDA or we can use a mutual one — whichever you prefer. We treat every client's business information as confidential regardless of whether an NDA is in place.

What if the final work doesn't match what we agreed?

Before final delivery there is a structured review phase where you test the work against the original agreed scope. If something is missing or doesn't work as specified, we fix it — that's part of the project, not an extra charge. What we don't cover without a change order is work that falls outside the original scope. We're clear about this distinction from the start.

What if our requirements change during the project?

Scope changes happen and they're normal. We handle them with a written change order — we estimate the additional time and cost, you approve it, then we proceed. Nothing gets added to the project or the invoice without your explicit sign-off. We'd rather have that conversation early than have it turn into a dispute at delivery.

Most of our clients are small businesses, early-stage startups, and founders. We're not set up for large enterprise procurement cycles — our advantage is direct communication and moving quickly. Can you work with my existing system or tech stack?

Usually yes, but we review the existing setup before committing to scope. If the existing code or infrastructure is poorly structured, we'll tell you upfront rather than charge you for hours of cleanup and then deliver something unreliable. In some cases a partial rebuild is more practical than extending broken foundations — we'll be direct about that if it applies.

What does post-delivery support look like?

Every project includes a 30-day support window after delivery — if something breaks or needs a small fix, we handle it at no extra charge. After that, ongoing support or new feature development is available as a separate engagement. We don't require a retainer, and we don't disappear after handover.
